Project Analyst | Bank | 6-month Contract

Job Scope

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret project data; generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance; provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and propose strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project schedules, budget plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders; provide timely updates, reports, and status information.

Job Qualifications

• Degree holder with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage workloads effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver results independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and ideally Access); familiarity with internet security best practices.
